Ergonomic, swedish style, cheese slicer. The grip handle is a bit smaller than on our U-models.

Total height of grip handle: 124 mm

The grip is placed in a suitable angel to give the arm, wrist and hand a natural relaxed working position when cutting cheese. The purpose of the Stirex handle design is to avoid working with a bent wrist and subsequent excessive strain, pain and occupational injuries.
